As an Administrative Assistant, you must have strong phone, sales and customer service skills. You will need to contribute to our team and work independently in our friendly work environment. Must-Have Qualifications:

• Possess a working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions

Responsibilities:
Below are some of the main responsibilities you’ll have to perform as an Administrative Assistant:

• Manage heavy incoming calls and return calls in a professional, timely manner
• Organize incoming and outgoing local and national mail
• Sort and deliver faxes and printouts
• Operate copy machine and sort copies
• Operate a scanner
• Utilize Monster, CareerBuilder and eBay for corporate operations
• Research information as needed using internet, phone, Yellow Pages, etc.
• Provide input into marketing collateral creation
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems with accuracy
• Assemble high-quantity mailings, promotional items and brochures
• Organize inventory and reorder promotional items
• Sustain extensive database of 10,000-plus customers
• Fax, email and file 50+ quotes daily
• Receive and respond to e-mails professionally
• Process credit card payments and credit applications effectively
• Provide and verify information in response to phone or in-person inquiries
• Process customized insurance certificates
• Adhere to a clean, tidy and safe work environment
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

● Participate in trade shows, dinner meetings, golf outings (obviously you must play golf yourself), etc.

● Possess a positive “whatever it takes” attitude
● Must possess a valid driver’s license
